Cancellation & Refund Policy

1) No charge shall be made where notice of cancellation is received byhttps://www.estrainings.com/shipping-delivery Trainings before start date of the course. Refund of amount will be done within in 3Working Days.

2) 50% of the fee will be charged as cancellation charge where notice of the cancellation is received by ES Trainings before 50% of the course. Refund of amount will be done within in 3Working Days.

3) 100% fee will be charged as cancellation fee where either no notice of cancellation is received or the same is received after after 50% of the course.

4) Trainer or service provider may decide to give a refund during this period. ES Trainings may still consider the validity of refund claims up to a certain period from the date of training and may issue a refund at its absolute discretion.
